We ship to addresses in the United States.

How long does it take to process my return?
Once your package is received your return will be processed by next business day.
Can I exchange for a different item?
We offer returns and exchanges for all items with the exception of personalized notebook covers.
General
What size are your notebooks?
- Notebook covers are 6" x 9"
- Paper inserts are 5.5" x 8.5"
- All other items are sized in the product listing in our shop.
Do you take custom orders?
We're available to create new paper inserts styles.
If you can draw what you're dreaming of on a half-sheet of paper - we'll make it look great and add it to our site!
Do you offer 5, 7, 9, 10 or 11-disc notebooks?
We sell 8-disc junior half-letter size only.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are made in North Carolina with the exception of our notebook discs which are made in China, but packaged in North Carolina.
